1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between bd baji999 and users of its services. By using the website or application, you agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

2 Account Registration

To use services on bd baji999, you must open a personal account. Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Information Required at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. If inconsistencies or false information are found in the details provided, the account may be permanently cancelled and withdrawal requests may be blocked.

2.2 Account Security

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on the bd baji999 platform are for persons aged 21 or above only. Any account belonging to a minor will be cancelled without prior notice and all related transactions will be considered void.

For the purpose of age verification, bd baji999 may at any time request a copy of a national identity card or passport. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The accepted payment methods for financial transactions on bd baji999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
• Transactions may only be made from a payment account registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on bd baji999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bd baji999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting. A bonus is never a direct substitute for cash — specific wagering must be completed before it becomes withdrawable.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, wagering of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each promotion applies only once per account.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from a bonus balance — the applicable portion may be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.
• If any irregularity or fraud relating to a bonus offer is found, the account may be cancelled.
• bd baji999 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

Each game category on bd baji999 has its own rules. The general gaming rules apply equally to all categories. For game-specific rules, follow the rules stated on each game's information page.

6.1 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum betting limit is set for each game or event. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. bd baji999 reserves the right to change betting limits under special circumstances.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost or a technical error occurs during gameplay, the data saved on the server will be considered final. bd baji999 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings incorrectly awarded due to a system error.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football and other sports, the announcement of the relevant official sports authority will be considered final for determining results. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the related bets will be settled in accordance with bd baji999's policies.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd baji999 platform and may result in account cancellation:

• Operating more than one account under a single person's name.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Conducting artificial transactions for the purpose of exploiting bonus terms.
• Using software bots or automated methods to operate games or bets.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through secret coordination with other members.

If any of the above activities are confirmed, bd baji999 may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all remaining funds.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

9 Limitation of Liability

bd baji999 provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee any specific outcome. The risk of financial loss in gaming and betting activities is always present and is entirely the user's own responsibility.

bd baji999 is not liable for any loss arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues or third-party service failures. bd baji999's maximum financial liability will never exceed the amount deposited by the user in that specific transaction.
